Refund Policy

At P&G House Washing LLC, we strive to provide exceptional exterior cleaning services to every client. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the completed job. We will gladly return to assess the issue and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

A service was paid for but not performed

The quality of work was not consistent with the scope agreed upon, and a re-cleaning does not resolve the issue

You cancel a prepaid service at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment
Refunds will not be issued for:

Pre-existing conditions or damage that prevents effective cleaning

Stains or buildup that cannot be removed by pressure washing or soft washing techniques

Services where we were unable to complete the work due to lack of access, safety concerns, or water supply issues not disclosed in advance
3. How to Request a Refund

The date and location of the service

A description of the issue
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
5. Right to Refuse Refunds
P&G House Washing LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests if:

The request is made more than 7 days after the service

The issue falls outside the scope of what was agreed upon

There is evidence of misuse, damage caused by third parties, or unreasonable expectations beyond the service scope
