Customer Preparation Guide

How to Prepare for Your Washing Service(s)

To ensure a safe, smooth, and effective cleaning service, please take a few moments to review the following preparation checklist. These simple steps will help us deliver the best possible results while protecting your property.


✅ Before We Arrive
 

1. Clear Access Around the Home

  • Remove vehicles from the driveway and away from the house.

  • Move outdoor furniture, grills, potted plants, or décor away from the service area.

  • Unlock gates or fences that restrict access to areas to be cleaned.

2. Secure Windows and Doors

  • Ensure all windows and doors are fully closed and sealed to prevent water intrusion.

  • Let us know about any known leaks, damaged seals, or vulnerable areas.

3. Turn Off Exterior Lights and Electronics

  • If possible, switch off outdoor electrical outlets, lighting, or timers.

  • Cover or unplug any electronics near service areas.

4. Water Access

  • Please make sure at least one outdoor spigot is working and accessible. We need this for water supply.


🐶 Pets & Safety

  • Please keep pets indoors or away from the work area during service.

  • Let family members or others at home know that we’ll be on-site and using hoses, ladders, and cleaning solutions.


🌿 Plants & Landscaping

  • While we use eco-friendly solutions when possible, some sensitive plants may react to soaps or runoff.

  • Water plants thoroughly the night before our visit (this helps dilute any accidental overspray).

  • Cover delicate or valuable plants if you're concerned, or let us know so we can take extra precautions.


💧 What to Expect During the Service

  • You may hear water pressure, ladders, and light equipment noise.

  • Surfaces will be wet and slippery during and shortly after cleaning — please avoid walking on cleaned areas until dry.

  • Most services take between 1–4 hours depending on the size and scope of the project.


🔁 After the Service

  • You do not need to be home unless we’ve discussed otherwise.

  • We’ll follow up if needed to confirm service completion and satisfaction.

  • Feel free to reach out within 48 hours if anything seems missed or needs a touch-up.
