Terms & Conditions

Welcome to P&G House Washing LLC. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer residential exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • House washing

  • Roof cleaning

  • Driveway and walkway cleaning

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Deck and fence washing

All services are performed with professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions appropriate for your surfaces.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their property

  • Ensuring clear access to water spigots and the areas to be cleaned

  • Removing fragile or valuable items from cleaning zones

  • Securing pets indoors

If we have to move your belongings (rugs, plants in potters, wreaths, flags, etc.) upon arrival, we will include a moving fee.  This helps us help you, your items are protected, and we are able to complete OUR job.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided and subject to change upon physical inspection.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, or major credit cards.

Late payments may incur a fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, especially those caused by rust, oil, or other permanent damage.

6. Property & Damage Waiver

While we take great care during our work, P&G House Washing LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or landscaping

  • Loose siding, paint, or sealants that may detach during cleaning

  • Water intrusion due to poor sealing or structural issues

Please notify us in advance of any concerns regarding sensitive areas.

7. Liability

We carry liability insurance and work with professionalism. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, harassment, or breach of these terms.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
